Both females are similar in which they are hard-working at achieving their goals, well-mannered and likeable. Oh and that they are surrounded by men in which they show harboring feelings (some more than others). Both ladies have more introverted or passive qualities as well.

Very similar character tropes. Overall story is similar too: Girl picks between 6 idols vs girl picks between 13 brothers. Mutual VAs: Kaname/Ren, Tsubaki/Masato, Azusa/Cecil. If you enjoy one, you will enjoy the other.
