both are looking after a little kids who doesn't have a mother .. in the first one Yuzuyu's mom chose to leave her so she can get over her grieve whlie the other the mom died in an accident ..
I really found it weird that only few have pointed the similarity between Aishiteruze and Akachan to boku.
It's destined that both of the protagonists of the shows are thrown with a child to raise, due to a life loss of a relative. The protagonists' reaction are not different at first, as being painful chore to do, but I guarantee that if you have enjoyed the first anime, the second will be more enjoyable.
