Both Cowboy Bebop and Akira are iconic anime from the 1990s, with a mature approach and narratives set in dystopian futures. Both works feature high-quality animation, memorable soundtracks and explore themes such as corruption, social inequality and the protagonists' journey in search of identity and redemption. Although they have different narrative approaches, Cowboy Bebop and Akira are milestones in the world of anime and have a special place in the history of the genre.
Akira is another vision of the future than the japonese thought about, but is different from Cowboy Bebop. The song and art style are similar too, but the most important thing is: Both are on Netflix.
