Both are about bounty hunters and incorporate lots of jazz music. Bebop is in a futuristic setting while Golgo 13 is more or less the present. They are both episodic being that pretty much every episode is about chasing a new bounty instead of having an overall storyline.
Both have lots of action,stylish visuals art and also a badass mc in it as well too and a much bigger plot at hand as well too. And a noir focus as well too.
