If you look at openings that way then season 2's openings makes it look like Zessica is a reincarnation of Celiane... but we never got information as to who she reincarnated from, and Mikono supposedly received Celiane's soul(assuming the whole thing since they didn't talk about halves)... Openings are traps to mess with your head! :D

Fudo was 1 of the 3 original pilots with Apollonius and Celiane I thought... The doctor hinted at it in sousei no aquarion.

All in all, sousei no aquarion and aquarion evol have too many inconsistencies so trying to use evol to justify ones thoughts in sousei just ruins the enjoyment of both seasons because you can never get your feelings straight fully with all the holes they leave, like what happened to Atlandia... it didn't become Altair... and Mikage(hate of Touma) wouldn't bear to live on a world that isn't Atlandia... Shadow Angel Pride...

It's also a good idea to realize that openings usually show scenes that are there to entice you to watch the series rather than give you more information. I can't count how many scenes in openings haven't been even partially used in series... because I was really hoping to see the scenes, it made me regret being so excited for them... :(

Something I thought I'd mention from S1... Fudo and Apollonius' soul were visible simultaneously at the start... Fudo was explaining about the 3 arrows and stuff while we saw Apollonius' soul talking to Apollo

I was trying to make a point, not compare Silvia's age with Fudos...

The first Episode(first half of release) was slow placed and the second half reminded you how good the first season was... after that it turned into the first half-style again. For all we know, the staff's doing all this shit so they don't have to make a S3... lol

Earth wasn't splitting at all... it suffered energy falling from Atlandia and if Atlandia had been destroyed, the force of all that energy being released would destroy Earth, as Touma said. To be honest, if Fudo was Apollonius, Fudo would've given that kind of explanation too... but he didn't, he merely said both worlds would be destroyed at the felling of the Tree of Life... The base from Season 1 had an underground network and it wasn't on an island so that reinforces that this isn't the same universe. I don't think Fudo would give up the place if he was Apollonius. Atlandia was something like Heaven, high above Earth, where angels live, but also in another dimension...

I just realized, this season has an inconsistency within itself as well... Mikage's meet-up with Fudo doesn't show Mikage to believe Fudo is Apollonius but all of a sudden Mikage shows to believe Fudo is Apollonius...? Strange don't you think?

"maybe this time celiane will sacrifice herself instead" I laughed when I first read that... As for Fudo... he explained himself to be something that exists outside the passage of time at some point? I don't remember when but it confused the hell out of me... It makes me think of Schrodinger's cat... He could be everything and nothing, everywhere and nowhere, alive and dead, etc...

The inconsistencies from Season 1 and Season 2 just point to a parallel world timeline. The wolf represented 1 of the 3 Pilots' star sign... one was a wolf, one was a bird, and one was a frog... Even if Apollonius and Touma weren't human, they were born and when they were born gave them a star sign...

You need to stop putting the 2 seasons together... With different people and storyboards, the inconsistencies and attempts to make things work just make it more obvious that it's not the same universe if you ask me... Even the place where they all are no longer looks like NEO-DEAVA, it's neo-keowlon or something like that... there isn't even the underground place.

A key thing to keep in mind is that Silvia overcame her past life's attachment to Apollonius before the end of the series, she declared herself Silvia de Alisia, becoming her own self. Before that she even said what matters is the me now, opposing joining her brother... And at the end she loved Apollo deeply. I do think with all the merges Apollo was in, if he really wasn't Apollonius, the two Celiane halves would have noticed it... her reincarnated soul responded "Apollonius." in episode 2 without a second though after all. But anyways, at the end, Silvia's heart belonged to Apollo so no matter what Fudo could say, she wouldn't accept him...

I don't understand this apologize stuff... it's something that doesn't fit into the story well but Mikono might be sorry that she is herself and loves someone who she herself loves...

If you ask me though, the merging of souls for Apollo and Pollon makes the least sense... I never heard of souls merging in reincarnation, talk about a blind spot for the religion.

I'm starting to think they were running out of story for EVOL so they started thinking of ways to extend the length and their best gave them this? Come on now, if Fudo was Apollonius, nothing on Earth of Atlandia would've stopped him from taking Silvia and Sirius and having a threesome... His love made him betray the shadow angels after all, it was something so intense that he couldn't think straight. Placing Fudo as Apollonius just ruins the reason the first season exists... it's like setting off a nuke the size of the sun, you're left with no roots, and a lifeless(?) universe.

Is it Pedo for something that is immortal and lived hundreds of thousands of years to love someone who's let's say 20? :\ Of course not.

It's in "Solar Wing" mode... and Touma(Shadow Angel) is inside, increasing the quantum levels to ridiculous levels. Together they healed a whole fucking planet that was about to break up... it's harder to heal something than it is to wipe it out... I'd theorize Solar Aquarion has the power to wipe out the galaxy if in the wrong hands during "Solar Wing" mode... The thing though, is that it isn't Solar Wing mode fully... It's not showing the wings we saw at the end of last season... it's incomplete

This just means Amata lost 2 Baron-level sacrifices... I wonder if he's going to summon Aquarion and use something like a shining finger sword...(yes, I went there!)

Isn't EVOL 26 episodes? (2 more if it's the case...)

Well this worlds more fucked up than I thought... this is why i hate spin-offs. they never do 'em right... It makes me want to watch "Those who hunt elves" S1&2 because they're soooo good and the jokes are stupid but make you laugh...

Well... Izumo x Alicia got a happy ending, in the afterlife. So this is where Amata goes berserk and beats the shit out of his other self, right?

That's cold... using Kagura's power to kill his own mother & father ... and Kagura doesn't even know... I wonder how much he'll want to kill Mikage for that when he finds out.
