Enjoyment is the most important aspect of my rating.

10/10: Something that hits in every single way possible. Practically flawless in my eyes, and if ever there are any small flaws they don't bother me in any way. Excels outstandingly in many categories and I have a personal connection with these shows.

9/10: Powerful, strong shows. Very similar to 10s, except it probably has one or two things that bother me personally or lacks a bit of personal attachment. Excel very well in a lot of categories, but probably don't do it to the same extent as the 10s. Often have very standout moments and even 10/10 peaks.

8/10: Consistently very good shows. Most of my personal favorites are rated on this score and it serves as a good point of comparison and gatekeeper for the extremely top tier shows. Full of consistently very good anime, and it doesn't disappoint me at all.

Non-favorites with this score indicate that it's a very good show with standout aspects but simply lacks something that makes it stick out more compared to higher-scored stuff.

7/10: Good shows but lack any particular "oomf" that can bring it to an 8. All around solid but probably has a few aspects that I didn't like or didn't find interesting. Attention tends to wain with shows here, but I still acknowledge their strengths. Probably shows whose value I see, but don't personally feel a connection too much.

6/10: Shows that have no particular standout or impressive aspect. Has a very average standard but overall I still managed to enjoy it.

5/10: Extremely mediocre. No standout aspects or anything that I care about. No reason to call it bad but I don't think I can say it was worth my time.

4/10: Either has a premise or story that just in the first place wouldn't work for my tastes. Stuff I feel like doesn't hit many strong points, but I probably found some level of enjoyment in them (probably a result of how bad they are or how ridiculous they are.)

3/10: Ditto 4/10 but I did not enjoy it. Probably had specific aspects that I straight-up hated and I would never, under any circumstance recommend to anyone else.

2/10: Very bad shows, no redeeming qualities, and made me feel like I wasted time on something I hated.

1/10: Abyss Fiction.
