I was thinking about recommending you MW. It's a neat (although a little rough around the edges) and short thriller about a sadistic serial killer and his motivations. You've read a few of Urasawa's works so if you're into that MW might be to your liking. I'm pretty sure it also inspired Urasawa's Monster. There are a few similarities between both works although you seem to not have read or watched Monster yet right?

Hey there, thanks for the friend request. Seems like we share a bunch of favorites, there's not really a single anime in your favorites I don't like except I haven't watched Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru yet.
It's also good seeing other people showing some love for Ajin. I believe that manga is so underrated and underappreciated compared to the hugely popular Tokyo Ghoul.
