Hi, I'm yunfan or yun. I'm currently living in Canada; however, I was born in China.
I've been a fan of mangas and animes for a few years now. I love the amount of imagination that goes into them. When watching or reading a series I focus more on the story then anything else. With that said I do tend to enjoy mangas a bit more then animes, where I can get the raw story.
Other things I enjoy... writing, fantasizing, cooking, games...
Things I don't enjoy... work, stress, money problems...
About my ratings, it usually revolves around 6s and 7s. Anything I enjoyed more will be above 7 and anything below 6 is usually not my cup of tea. I'm also not afraid to give out 10s to any series I think deserves it, unlike a lot of people, so on my list you will find a lot of them.
If anyone ever want to chat about anything (within my knowledge). Plz feel free to leave a comment below!!!

I just find it ridiculous to look generalize the visuals of the older decades as just being blatantly worse because it's just not true. Anyone who ever worked in animation or studied it will probably tell you that something like Akira is still one of the best-animated things out there, for example. There's so many 80s titles I mostly enjoyed BECAUSE of the animation/visuals (and the music), not DESPITE it. So I appreciate you meaning well and offering to chat (I'm always up for it) but you're kind of talking about the opposite of what I was talking about :>.
Thought I say hello :)
My name tag will say Azura, thats what I go by.
Do come say HI
So excited
Are you dressing up?
It's not that I completely hated WA2, but it was just a bloody train wreck after the cultural festival performance. Perhaps my personal bias for musically-oriented anime is overflowing into this, but I felt that unlike WA1, WA2 had no "deeper meanings" in between the relationships. Some of the WA1 relationships were so convoluted and eccentric that I felt myself pulled into the story. This is in stark contrast to WA2, which I see just as an orgy with a bunch of dishonest girls who think people magically read their minds and fulfill their wishes.
Also the friendship-rehashing crap gets on my nerves. "When us three are together, Haruki-kun [boyfriend] is just a friend" is a huge kick to the balls that no guy should take. Haruki-kun does, making him the best girl of WA2.
Our opinions might differ on WA2, so please don't take it personally if I don't particularly think it's going down the right path.
Have a good one! xD
