I watch all types of anime and sometimes read a bit of manga. I started watching anime on tv as a kid and always preferred it to other stuff on tv. Then I started watching anime again, but not just DBZ and yu-gi-oh.
My ratings are based solely off enjoyment. If I didn't like an anime's art but really enjoyed it anyway, then it can still get a good score. Likewise, if a show has great art but I didn't enoy it, then it gets a bad score. Also, I go by the MAL suggestions when rating (10: masterpiece, 9: great, etc.). So a 10 doesn't mean it was perfect, it just means I enjoyed it and always looked forward to the next episode.
Recommendations are always welcome, so feel free to take a look at my list and recommend something you think I might like.

Monster could be called clever and unpredictable, but it isn't good. Boring over dramatic with a villain that only Clannad fans would find believable, no offense.

daarna steeeds beter en dan komt afterstory hehehe.
Even nog over Clannad, goed doorkijken Clannad is heel leuk word steeds beter
Maar after story de sequel op Clannad is echt de bommer.
Een en al drama echt zoo vett, dus als je iets hebt van meh clannad is nu nog niks GEWOON DOORKIJKE JIJ :P
Afterstory is gewoon EPIC

I have watched clannad. Completed afterstory ( season 2) today.
And if you are into tearjerking drama it is the BEST one out there.
