Not much to tell, I'm in my 30's. I have been an anime fan for about 5 or 6 years. For me, three things constitute a good anime. The anime must have memorable characters, the anime must have a plot which appeals to me, the anime must make me emote in some way (laugh, cry, both). Animation is also important, but not as important as the top three. I like subtitled much better than dub. For some reason, the words spoken in English do not seem to have the same impact as they do when spoken in Japanese. I am also a little OCD about having the mouth movement match the spoken word. I am currently learning Japanese, and hope to be able to watch one day without subtitles.
