What the scores more or less mean to me
v2016
10 - Masterpiece anime I'll never forget about
9 - Became a personal favorite
8 - It's good and would recommend to anyone
7 - It's good but wouldn't recommend / Niche appeal
6 - Above average / So-so anime that had "something"
5 - Mediocre / So bad it's good.
4 - Bad shows / Not for me and should've dropped.
3 to 1 - Waste of time. I very rarely waste my time.
I have many dropped shows. Main reason being that I wasn't part of the target audience and would have scored between 1 and 5 if completed. This is also why I rarely score shows lower than a 6. I tend to drop them before finishing them.
Simple policy: Don't like -> don't watch -> don't rate.
Other reasons may be that I read the manga / played the VN / watched part of it on TV during my childhood.

How are you enjoying Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works? I'm loving so far and it's surpasses the first adaptation in so many ways. Shirou character isn't as irresponsible and his personality has redone for the better. It's an improvement over "People die if they killed" philosophy. So far it follows the same general story of the first adaptation, but with the changes it made so far I confidence it'll still be able to surprise me.
Also cool profile picture. Iskandar is a cool character.
I don't think we have very similar tastes when it comes to anime, but I see that you're quite the fan of visual novels. Browsing through your VNDB, I noticed you have given Umineko a 10, but you have not rated Chiru. Have you played it?
I am asking because I consider Umineko (including Chiru) to be the greatest piece of story ever written by mankind. Not exaggerating.
Btw, you gave a score of 7 for G-Senjou no Maou. May I ask why? I thought the story is, in a sense, the most compelling among other VNs, especially Haru Route.
