I just recently watched the Korean version Boys Before Flowers & I loved it! I also watched the 1995 movie of Hana Yori Dango but I did not think it was as good as Hana Yori Dango : Final. Now I am 13 episodes into watching Let's Go Watch Meteor Shower & so far I am really enjoying it although I don't like Duan Mu Lei as much as the other versions of Rui but Yun Hai is a great adaptation of Tsukasa.

Imo seinen art is better, though it greatly depends on the artist/studio. I watch in mini-mkv, meaning low-quality anime. They're always about 200px wide up to 720px, and the quality isn't the best 'cause they're only 40mb-100mb. But I watch in my 600p netbook, so I still enjoy. Ah, sorry for just blurting out unrelated information.
I usually download on animestash.info, cyber12.com, minitheatre.org, animefire.ir, and many other forums like nihonomaru and animetake. But googling "*anime title* mini-mkv" or "*anime title* 60mb" and finding a direct download on filehosts like mediafire always work. Sometimes for older anime like Full Metal Panic and Neon Genesis Evangelion, I search mini-mkv torrents. Finding low-quality anime is about 10x more difficult than streaming or downloading HD. XD

Yep, I agree. Some shonen, seinen, and josei have really heavy plots and uncomfortable atmosphere. A great example would be nitroplus's shows like Fate/Zero, Steins;Gate, and Madoka. Shoujo is relaxing, 'cause it's usually just romance, comedy, and drama. The art is simple too. I'm really excited to watch Ouran, but rewatching Steins;Gate is first in line, and I can't get it over 'cause the thriller is too much for me, even though I already finished it. You should watch S;G too, it's really a great show as expected of its 3rd spot on the top anime, but it's kind of far from your preferences.
Oh, I see. Then I'll stick to just reading the manga.
