my plan to watch/plan to read is absolutely monstrous but i'm trying to slim it down

i just watch anime and read manga for fun. my standards are low and i can enjoy garbage

i am an enjoyer of obscure shoujo manga, i'm always on the lookout in used bookstores!

i manage progress based on what episode/chapter/volume im currently on. if i'm on episode 1 out of 10 i'll put the episode tab as "episode 1/10" instead of "episode 0/10"

i read more bl than gl...that is a coincidence. gl has my heart. i am a 'himedanshi' if that is okay to say! i just really like girls and girls who like girls

STUFF I LIKE: gore, psychological thrillers, children going through hardships/innocence being crushed by trauma, soulcrushing animanga, cute but gruesome/deceptively moe, yuri/GL, yanderes, explorations of toxic relationships

STUFF I DO NOT LIKE: loli/shota, incest, porn without plot (unless it's guro lol), substantial age gap relationships, harems (especially when the guy is just the most boring man ever and obviously a self-insert...), OP main character (isekai or not), most male protagonists...
