"By the way you have quite an eclectic taste for a girl, you even like Golden Boy. I never thought that there will be a girl who like that because from what little I've read it seems to be full-blown ecchi fanservice manga. It's actually quite infamous in my childhood for it's ecchiness. Why do you like it so much?"
Probably because I'm not a girl :)
Still think I have an eclectic taste? :)
As for your other questions: yeah, I suppose Utena manga (haven't seen the anime) is full of symbolism. However, I'm not the best person to ask, since I don't care much for symbols; I just treat them as weird/surreal eye candy.
There is really no battle for heroine's love in Furuba, especially later on, when it becomes clear who she will end up, and the "loser" gets another love interest.
Furuba is another melancholy series that I like - practically all the characters, even the comic relief ones, even the little kids, have emotional problems. There are a lot of self-hating interior monologues, and a lot of painful flashbacks, one of which (the heroine's "gangster girl" best friend) takes up almost an entire volume. It's a somewhat repetitive "trick", but it gives Furuba a very large cast of well-developed characters.
It's hard to avoid sparkling prince types in shojo manga!
Although I've read a decent amount of shojo, I also have problems with much of it. I tend to prefer less typical (meaning less romantic), and therefore less popular shojo series. (In contrast, I have no problem with typical, popular fighting and ecchi shonen series.)
I've read only two of the series you like, Lovely Complex and Warau Kanoko-sama. Also, 3 Gatsu no Lion is supposed to be seinen, not shojo, so I guess you like shojo even less than you thought :)
Here are a few recommendations, with brief comments. None of these are similar to Love Com or Kanoko-sama, and some of them have prince-types (like I said, they're hard to avoid), but they also have other things going for them.
Sunadokei (Sand Chronicles)
This one is a little more serious and realistic than the usual shojo, and that applies to the heroine's love interest(s), as well. Very melancholy, but I liked it much, much more than Watashitachi.
Houkago Hokenshitsu (After School Nightmare)
A psychological fantasy. It has a love story, but it's a twisted, gender-bending romance between damaged people. Also quite melancholy, so it might appeal to you.
Revolutionary Girl Utena
This time the prince is a girl! And her main love(?) interest is another girl. Another twisted psychological gender-bender romance, with exaggeratedly shojo artwork (long limbs, aristocratic uniforms, lots and lots and lots of flowers). Perhaps a reconstruction of shojo manga.
Ghost Hunt
This has a prince-type, but the series is low on romance and heavy on horror. Warning: this one starts out VERY slow. I don't know how long you usually stick with a manga before dropping it, or if you ever start reading something in the middle. The highlight here is the "Bloody Labyrinth" arc (volumes 5 and 6), one of the rare cases when a manga scared me.
Beauty Pop
The main boy is far from cool - he is often used as comic relief. The heroine, OTOH, is very cool, i.e. she is much less emotional than the usual shojo protagonist. Rather than a love story, this is almost like a shonen tournament manga, only instead of fighting or sports, we have competitive hairdressing!
Guru Guru Pon-chan
A touching romance between a prince-type and a girl - who is actually a dog magically tranformed into a girl! Yup, this is a disguised bestiality story. The series keeps alternating between schmaltzy volumes where it almost seems to take its insane premise seriously, and volumes full of dog-based low-brow humour, poop jokes and such.
Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (Wallflower)
Not one, but four perfect guys (it's a reverse harem), and they get many shirtless scenes, but much of it is played for laughs. The heroine is too much of a hikikomori for any serious romance to develop.
Gokuraku Seishun Hockey Club (My Heavenly Hockey Club)
Another reverse harem, but it's even sillier and funnier than Wallflower, and none of the characters are very cool.
Ribbon no Kishi (Princess Knight)
Old-school doesn't begin to describe this - it's from the 1950s, and looks like it. However, many of the shojo cliches were probably not yet established then, so this manga feels strangely original. It resembles an old adventure serial, with our cross-dressing heroine going from dangerous situation to another.
Of course, there is also Fruits Basket, but I'm guessing with a series that famous you've already decided whether to read it or not.
BTW, you mention Skip Beat, but I don't see it in your manga list. Have you read it?
It's not easy to explain why I hated Watashitachi. In a nutshell, I think it tries too hard to be "deep" and "moving". And it fails miserably.
If I remember it right, despite the incessant talking, there isn't a single normal conversation in the manga, the kind that real people might have. Nearly every line, whether it's dialogue or the heroine's narration, is a platitude, about life, pain, happines, and other Big Topics. And that's all there is, in place of real situations or real characters. Even though the manga is only a single volume, it doesn't have enough material for even that much.
I dislike Solanin and Makoto Shinkai's anime for somewhat similar reasons. I see that the manga-ka of Watashitachi made a manga adaptation of one of Shinkai's anime. Sounds like a match made in hell!
Linux from scratch looks like a lot of work and possibly really hard, but I'll take a look at it when I have some time. Do you have any experience with it?
I won't be seeing SSY anymore, the story had some great moments but that one scene was enough for me to drop it
We mostly use virtual networks with VMware/VirtualBox on both Windows and Linux
I have two classes, one for Windows and one for Linux. In the Windows class we're now doing SQL and Windows Server applications, In the Linux class we're seeing PFSense and routing, but honestly Linux is very hard for me, the teacher can't teach and when you ask him a question he laughs at you and doesn't even always help you.
I'm currently studying for network admin, I don't go to a university, I don't know the correct English term for it, but I think it's adult education plus I already finished a course of pc-technician
30 megabits per second not megabytes, so it doesn't cost that much
I can relate with the main character because I think pretty much everyone is a pervert in one way or another but I don't like anything with ecchi, hentai or perverted things in general for manga/anime, I can tolerate it to a certain extent like with History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi but I keep reading/watching those series despite the perverted things, not because of that
I found the first ep of SnK boring, nothing really happened in the first ep, second ep had more action but honestly story-wise I think I can see were this is going and I don't know if that's a good thing, hopefully it can surprise me
I dropped Zetsuen but it's definitely not bad and I really enjoyed Psycho-Pass, so I think you'll enjoy those
there are many characters in Baccano!, but it shouldn't be a problem, the characters are all unique in their own way and therefore also distinguishable
I'm also bad with names and it didn't really bother me, it did confuse me in the beginning, but that's normal because there are alot of characters
if you really want to avoid getting confused over the characters names, you could always marathon it
the first episode was well animated and fluid but the story was incredibly boring, maybe it will start to improve but even if it does get better, I don't see how the story can interest me
I'm wondering is the internet slow in Indonesia in general or just were you live?

Sorry for the late reply.

how many years will you study it?

the action scenes were top-notch and I liked the natural emotions but I'm still sceptical about the story
I personally like spoilers because they help me decide if I should watch something or not, but since most people don't I added the spoiler button
my download speed at home is usually around 30 Mbps
Onani Master Kurosawa might be a good manga, but as you said the concept is pretty disgusting
I dropped Zetsuen but it's definitely not bad and I really enjoyed Psycho-Pass, so I think you'll enjoy those
