Oh. Do you know where you'll be moving to already?
Oh, Yeah, then they'd have to be taken out. Hm... I asked my mum, she said she didn't know what htey'd be fore. I do remember that when I got an infection in my ear (I thinkg I was swimming, and didn't get all the water out), my mum put a candle in my ear and lit it, to warm the ear. But that's all I remember about ears and medicine XP
Well, he looks like he's more-or-less adjusted, since the weather's become very Spring-like. But when it was still only getting cold, he got a pair of boots, and walked around everywhere in a winter coat (one of those out of the thick material, with many layers and feathers-or-something between them).
Wow, that's some crazy weather there...
Yeah, the only place Iwasn't worried about getting lost. Here in Kiev, I get worried also because I don't know who I sohuld ask, since everyone looks realy busy and going off to their own business. Makes me nervous to distract them. As long as I fina a metro, tho, I'll be fine.
Yeah, ironicaly, even tho it's technically my 3rd or 4th language, it's the one I'm most comfortable with. I also know Ukrainian and Russian, but never actually properly studied Russian (leant it b/c everyone speaks russian :P )
I leant french at school, but I'm not that good. Studying Spanish now andit's a nightmare XD
Everyone here knows 2 languages, since we're so close to Russia.
It was really funny when I was in Poland, tho. Since Plosh, Ukrainian and Russian are 'Slavic' languages, they're really similar, and I can tell afew words, but I just coundn't understand anything people told me >.<
I ended up putting togethier pieces of russian and ukrainian to make it shound kind-of polish, but then was saved a few times when a gut who knew russian came up and translated. But it was really funny, now that I think about it.
Lol, I don't watch the news, so I only knew about Japan, and I found out really late as well. I feel so sad about Japan, because it's a really developed country, and there's a lot of people there, too. And their buildings are made to withstand earthquakes, but then the tsunami, and now the problem with the nuclear reactor. So it's actually broken now? Since last I heard, they were still trying to cool it in order to avoid hazardeous nuclear release.
ut yeah, you do have tobe carefull with the news. I ususally see short pieces, from different channet=ls, so i really have no idea, untill I ask someone about it and theygive me their opinion. But you have to be really carefull with some news, to avoid exxagerations (learnt it the hard way a couple of years ago)
Good luck with it! :)
Yeah, speaking of insane, there's this group/duo/whateve, I've started listening more than half a year ago, and they're the only thing Ilisten to now. I have all of their songs I could get my hands on, adding up to well over 600, maybe as many as 800 pieces, and I jsut found out that the very first piece Iheard by them, the one that's still my favorite, hasn't even come out yet >.<
(sorry, I just had to say it)
yeah, I started liking them because of how they did Jigokushoujo and Kurau. Two of my favorite anime :)
Sorry to hear. Will you be moving too?
Yeah, true (but I miss my last year's English teacher tho)
You did? agirl in my last reay's class had the same problem as me, and she got them removed because they found that she got/could potentiall get cancer (I don't remember the full story). With me, tho, It's my last line of defence T.T
What were the tubes for?
Yeah, same here. Winter "officially" starts in december, but it really goes into the season in late decempber/early January (so we often worry about a snow-less new year), and then lasts until late march. Theis year's been a bit warmer than usuall, which was a bit sad, since we were looking foreward as to how one of our classmates from Australia would manage.
But I like London a lot, mainly because of the way the city's organized, it almost impossible to get lost - the metro tracks are very organized, the buses are frequent and easy to spot, and there are maps of the local area at almost every block on the streets!
Yeah, it's really expenxive. even before all the chaos from the past few years. But he stuff there's really nice, and It feet kinda weird when I go there, since everyone speaks english. (I like ukrainian chocolate more than english chocolate tho >.<)
Is it really a lot more stuff happening now or it was just me not knowing what goes on in the world?
Yeah, there are 46 chapters released so far, so you're not too far behind. The chapters are a bit longer than the average manga, I think. Or more happens. or both. Anyways, it feels like it's a lot longer than it's number of chapters.
Don't worry, it will. things can't stay crazy forever, after all, otherwise we'd all go insane.
There's a drama? I didn't know... (then again, i've only ever watched half of one, so Iprolly wouldn't)
Yeah, the anime for it is awesome. It's done by BONES. Season one starts of a bit slow, and a plotline starts at episode 6. The 2nd season's by far my favorite. I've rewatched it during the last break, I love it because of the 'twists' they add, and how they fit into each episode to create the most shoking effect. I mean, the first episode hooked me to the season, because it was a mix between shock and irony to the point it was almost cruel, but really questions humanity. For3rd season, I'd didn'tfinish it, so I've not made any commnets on it yet.
Ah, thank you :)

Sorry, I didn't finish the reply last time, Mum really was pushing me out the door >.<
Lol, it was the same thing with me - I watche the first series and then read the manga. But I had a lot of time on my hands, so I read the manga almost in one go (for me, that's a week of reading tho). How far are you in the manga atm?
How far are you on TB? (It's one of my favorite series :P)
Hm... dark mood... actually I think you'llreally like Spice and Wolf. It's not so much dark, but has some, and also has a lot of reference to the cultural/historical. It's pretty short tho.
For dark, maybe Jigoku Shoujo (Hell Girl)? It's 26 episodes, tho has 3 seasons. It's a very special kind of dark tho...
Other than that, I'm curently out of ideas, sorry >.<
Oh, and by the way, sinceit's the 8th today...
Hm... that sounds a lot like our teachers, we seem to geteither noting at one time, but then everything and from every possible teacher at other times. I really hate it when that happens, because it's like, Icould have gotten most of it done earlier because I'd have had the time, and we already knew enough in class, but no, it's all sorts of assesments in the span of one week. :(
Yeah, it's something with my tonsels (is that how they're called? the stuff in your throat), my mum had the same problem, and had them cut out because they seemed to cause more problemsthan good, but afterwards if she got sick, it'd me much more serieous so she said she's not goingto get mine cut out. It's not too abd really, it's almost normal for me to wake up in the morning and cough for a bit, and then for the rest of the day I'm fine. It's only a problem if I actually get sick, becasue then I get *really* sick. And then it tends to pass on to the rest of the family :/
At least now Ican tell I'm getting sick really early on, anf know what to do to get better quickly :)
Yeah, London't pretty nice. Irealy like it there. mymum loved it when she was there because we went in February, and she was shockedto see that all the flowerbeds were blooming (coming from Ukraine, where in february you're lucky to see anything that's not snow). Personally, I like it because I understand everything around really well, even though at the same time it's all different from at home .and also it's hard to get lost there XD
Scotland's nice too, tho I've only been there for 2 days >.<
I wanna go visit there again
and wah! Mum's chasing me out the house, sorry! I'll get back to the rest of the answers as soon as I have access to the net again!
bye!
Yeah, that one's just hilarious! XD
*remembers when a new student came from Austrailia* All the stories we were telling him! XD
Yeah, I guess, after antarctica and such. The overall landscape's pretty flat, so it's not uncommont to get wind from faaaaar away. (except to the west from us, since there's mountains there :P)
I don't really likeit when it's muggy. I get sicke really easy, and it's always the same thing too T.T
My favorite weather is when it's cold, but a dry cold, where there's snow and no clouds. I don't mind having to bundle up to go out. It really feels like on a mountain sometimes when the weather's like that :) (it's pretty rare here tho)
Jumping all over the place... kinda reminds me of London... it can change from sunny to pouring to sunny again in less than half an hour... and I'm planing to live there XD
Once, tho, when I went with my grandma ona tour from one city in ukraine to another, during the trip we went from sun, to cloudy, back to sun, then hail, then just muggy weather and when we came back it was sunny again :). it was summer, too, so it imprinted itself into my memory pretty well :P
Well, actually I started re-watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood last night. Don't know what hit me, but I'm fanatic over it now. Beforethat i started Oban Star Racers, b/cI wanted to finish what I started when I was 9, lol :P
As for reccomending anime... *looks at 'shared' anime* haveyou started Tegami Bach Reverse? It gets really good., even tho it's still airing.
If you like novel-based series, i really recommend Spice and wolf, or Kemono no Souja Erin. Those left me in awe :)
Oops, I should have asked in the beginning - what mood are you looking for to watch?
(lol, that's how I catregorize anime I watch :P)
wow, that's some crazy weather there O.O
it's pretty predictable here... tho we soometimes get wind fromsiberia.... when that happens it becomes really cold really quickly. but then it's reallynice if it's cold and dry, sinceusually the clouds start clearing away as well. I like frosty dry weather like that. but if it's humid, it's way toofreezingto be outside.
Well, I alreadytold you howweird the winters are,but usually by april it's already really warm. I don't usually spend the summer in kiev, because the temperatures betwenn 30's and 40's *C (or so my dad says). and the autums really rainy, no matter if it's cold or still warm. spring seems to be different every year, lol
DP stands for Diploma Programme, its part of the IB curriculum.
June?!! OoO
Our geography teacher is from canada, and he tells us lots of stories, so I kinda knew that it can get really coldin Canada, but June? Wow. What was it like for the rest of the summer?

(it didn't wanna post, so sorry if I double-posted)
thinkgs are going by so fast!!
It's sooo scary when I realize there's really not that much left before the end of the first year of DP. And today in econ, our teacher told us that in the next month the DP coordinator will start going around to talk to each of us about the extended essay *sooo scared!* >.<
yeap, ukraine X3
It'sreally cold here tho >.<
It's kinda funny, since december and the better part of January was really warm, and winther "started" at the end of january/beginning of february. And everyone knows it's probably lasting until the end of march or something, lol
where are you from?
but 4 months is really not that much when you think about it. good luck with it!
sure thing :)
Do you get stressed from school/work?
(sry, I don't know how old you are >.<)
did you look at the "shared"?
