Those are actually 2 that have continuously crossed my mind to watch! I keep seeing Haikyuu everywhere on my Pinterest, so it's definitely piqued my interest... did I just rhyme? Omg... I'm so sorry xD
As for Your Lie in April, I've already watched the Big 3 for crying your eyes out, so I might as well add the little sibling, haha. I might need to buy a box of tissues first, though.
Ugh, same for me! Studying, work, writing, anime, manga, video games, books... too much to do, but not enough time. I tend to squeeze an episode or 2 a day (if I'm lucky, maybe more), so I can usually watch some anime.
But yeah, Tokyo Ghoul is the best psychological manga I've ever read, especially RE.
And since you like Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, then you'll definitely enjoy Hunter x Hunter. It's got a similar feel to it where the 1st half is comedy and action and getting to know everyone, and then the 2nd half is where "sh*t gets real" and everything starts turning really dark and serious. They're my top 2 ^_^
YAY, someone else that reads the manga! ^_^ These last few chapters almost gave me a heart-attack. Plus, they're so close to the basement, I can almost smell it, LOL
Oh, and I hope the OST is just as good as the 1st season because OMG <3
Hm, recommendations, huh? Well, I can see that you liked Death Note and Death Parade (great choices btw), so I can assume that you enjoy watching darker shows from time to time? If so, then I would suggest Shinsekai Yori. It's a sci-fi/mystery show that keeps you asking questions until the very end. It also has quite a creepy vibe/atmosphere to it. I would also suggest Shiki, but I don't know if you're picky with animation/character designs like many are. If you are, then you probably shouldn't watch it. It's a masterpiece in my eyes, but I don't like forcing people to watch things they don't like.
Also, from your PTW I definitely suggest Hunter x Hunter 2011 (my 2nd all-time fav) and Tokyo Ghoul (although, I would highly suggest the manga instead because it is beyond incredible... my absolute favorite).
And likewise for you, any recommendations for me?
P.S. Sorry if I talk a lot. Once I get talking about anime, it's hard to stop ;_;
