Hi,

Fujiwara no Mokou is a character from a 2D shooting game named Touhou. The game has a couple of unofficial doujin anime episodes, made by fans - as in this reference. In one of the OVA Mokou briefly appears, but that's all. You can find the OVA on YouTube.
If you follow the link with her name from my page, it will lead you to the game page of Touhou and the original character bio.

Great art doesn't always equate to a great anime. Keep that in mind. Normally I would only suggest these to experienced anime viewers because for newcomers they can be off putting. However if it's something to do with a unique art style or high production art values some of these may scratch your itch.

It's something of a unique anime I'd say, which is why the ratings for people fluctuate a lot 3: You might think it's bad maybe, Just me thinking but I was noticing a lot of similarities in the past anime's I had seen and this one just did something new.

Yes and no. Fate/Stay Night is the original story, and Fate/Zero was aired after it as a prequel to it. Personally I feel it's better watched in that order as well. Fate/Zero will fill in some of the finer details left out in F/SN but I think may give a little to much information and ruin part of the plot twists of F/SN.

Well I'll just start with a generic list of some of my favorites, that will keep you busy for a while and give you a variety to sample since I watch just about everything(except mecha, not a fan at all)

Fate/Stay Night
Fate/Zero
Hellsing Ultimate
Gungrave
Claymore
Black Lagoon(Revy is hilarious lol)
Tenchi Muyo!(the original one)
Berserk
Shakugan no Shana(though season 3 did suck, but the show is still worth the watch)

Those are all more action oriented in one way or another, but a large variety of story line. None to similar to another(except Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Zero lol)
Softer/romance/drama:

Clannad and Clannad After Story(it is focused around romance but seriously one minute you'll laugh so hard it hurts and then an episode or 2 later you'll be crying. I will admit I cried like a little bitch twice durring after story)

Itazura na Kiss
Spice and Wolf(currently watching it and it's amazing, don't have to finish it to be willing to suggest it. Holo has already easily become one of my absolute favorite characters)
