"Step by step walk the thousand-mile road" - Miyamoto Musashi
It's always Sunny wherever I am 🔆
People, do not betray our expectations. We betray ourselves from making trustworthy bonds, by placing arbitrary set of expectations from others. Expectations that we set ourselves.
What can happen if you get to know me better?
Well ask for my discord after talking a bit to me, there are some possible opportunities I could maybe offer you. It's not a promise.
I am really fkin busy usually, so my replies on MAL are really late. But I occasionally give faster short replies on discord.
Yeah, I know what you mean about being too insensitive or too honest. I'm like that too. I'm not good at sensing the mood of the moment, or using the back and front faces, because I'm not good at that either. I'm so busy just trying to survive that I don't have the energy to be observant of other people or change my responses often, so I've decided to let it go. It's a good thing you're patient!
Yeah, I've done about 15 to 20 correspondences, and I'm tired, and I've had relationships that I'm tired of that correspondence, and I know LINE is a useful app that I used for that correspondence, but I'm tired of the relationships, so I don't use it now, because I'm tired of the relationships. So when I wrote “sns” in my previous comment, I meant LINE messages as you predicted... I've never used WhatsApp...
As for the “BOTTLE, ZA ROCK!” is an anime and manga that I'd like to watch when I get a chance, but I haven't seen it yet. Yeah, I guess it's no surprise that there are manga that are not rated highly on MyAnimeList, since there are manga that I don't find to be my cup of tea, even if they are highly rated in the MyAnimeList rankings.
As for manga...I'm the type of person who reads what interests me anyway, so I don't really care if it's complete or not. If I'm hooked on something, I'll buy the manga magazine it's serialized in for a certain period of time, and in the past, I've even bought it. Now, I don't buy certain comic magazines.
And basically, I almost never watch works that I read in manga because it's a pain in the ass to watch them even if they are made into anime...
I saw “MUSHI-SHI” in the middle of the anime, but I didn't get into it. I've read all of it in the manga, so I doubt I'll ever watch the anime.
I like “Ranma 1/2” so much that I've watched the movie version and the OVA more than once, but I probably won't watch the TV anime version because of its long episodes. Also, I've read all of this in the manga, so I don't feel the need to watch the TV anime version. I can't watch the remake because I don't like the character designs.
As for “Bakuman,” I watched the anime in real time for the early part of the series. I liked the manga so much that I bought it on the day it was released. I don't think I'll go back and watch the anime again, starting from the beginning, because I felt more comfortable reading the manga than watching it in the anime because of the manga theme.
As for “Colorful,” it's not on my list of things to watch at MAL, but just in case I get a chance to see it.
As for the “Death Parade” movie, I didn't like the animated TV series enough to get into it, so I don't think I need to see the movie version... Yeah, I think you're right, my rating for this film, if I saw it, would be 7/10.
As for “Brotherhood,” I'm actually dropping out after one episode in real time. I just couldn't watch it because I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable with the way most of the voice actors regressed from the previous version. Also, I like the character designs and voices of the previous version so much better that it's painful to watch the remake. The movie version is the original story, so in case you're wondering, I've seen the remake in theaters. I know the ending is different because I have the manga. And I went out of my way to buy the serialized magazine to read the last story.
I want to see “Jinrou” but I haven't had a chance to watch it. I guess it would be easier to watch it on a pirate copy, but I want to watch it legitimately.
The Satoru Igarashi one looks like a short music video, so I'll take a look at the link you posted when I have time.
As for “Ping Pong,” I've read it in manga form, but it wasn't my favorite story, so I have no desire to watch the anime version.
You know...I think I know too much of the content first in the manga books, in my case. So I think I'm the type of person who gets into it through the anime, and enjoys it most when the manga is about the same time as the series.
If you don't like the manga I mentioned, don't force yourself to read it. Thanks for recommending the anime works to me as well. Unfortunately, there are some that I can't watch because of preference, long storylines, or because I've read them all in manga, but I'll give some of them a look. Thank you!
Thanks for the request on the Discord as well, the Discord is actually more time consuming to translate, so I think I'll just stick to MAL for the time being.
As for music...I'm hoping to get to a few gigs this year. I've been realizing too late that I want to go to a lot of them after I've finished applying for tickets.
I've found that the tools I bought on impulse have been very useful. I can hear your voice without any noise. Singing practice...I like to sing in the bathtub. It sounds better with an echo, doesn't it?
I think it's the same in other languages when you sing in English. But when I sing, the part where I pronounce your name, in my case, I think it's pronounced in Japanese.
Sorry it took me so long to reply, sorry. Oh, when you are busy at work, it is better to take a proper rest, so don't force your comments, you don't have to reply. I've had people in the past who communicated with me when they were tired and had difficulty communicating with me because they couldn't read the text properly. So, I hope you can give priority to getting a good rest.
Ado is not an artist I particularly like, although I know of him. If anything, he might be one of my least favorite. I wasn't sure if I should tell you about that time, so I'm sorry it took me so long to reply. Yeah, I genuinely think you are a good singer.
Yesterday, I went to a live concert of Sukima Switch. And I was also able to get a ticket for Aqua Timez's concert yesterday morning, so I will be going to their concert in June. I guess I rather like artists who sang anime-related songs from the 90's to 2000 or so.
Bocchi za roku!” has not seen the anime or the manga. I've been thinking about watching the anime or manga, but haven't yet...too much of a pain in the ass.
It's hard to believe that you used to break promises in the past when I see how you are now. I can really see that you're making an effort to keep your promises now. Oh, my voice, huh? My voice is on the high side, but it's neither soothing nor sweet. It's not an anime-like voice either. I know it's not an anime voice because I had a friend with that kind of voice, so I can tell the difference.
I didn't think your accent was strange at all. I was kind of imagining what you were saying from the words, so it's helpful that you wrote it out. I'll listen to it a few times while checking the text you wrote, until I can understand the meaning properly. Thank you.
I know I'm late, but thanks for the voice message. I didn't expect you to actually send it, so I was very surprised, and I'm thinking of singing it to you in return for your birthday in February.
I didn't understand all your comments, but I thought the voice and tempo you were speaking in sounded familiar. So I think a lot of people who talk to you think you have a soothing voice that is easy to listen to.
