I appreciate your saying so - that goes for your kind remarks in the latest episode thread topic on the Tasokare Hotel sub-forum as well. I actually noticed one of your posts the other day and was excited to see your Tsukahara avatar as it's typically rare to see the same people posting on MAL as the ones who are big fans of the currently airing shows - in terms of the seasonals which are not the super popular big name ones (and these lesser known or less talked about series constitute a lot of my seasonal watches). So I thought that it's great to see the presence of one on the sub-forum who is obviously passionate about the show and its original story.
The impatience of many comprising the modern audience is really something else. There is so much expressed unwillingness and refusal to just let things play out as they are. I get it if it's simply not to someone's preference as far as what they choose to watch and people can dislike and/or drop a show for any reason or no real thought out reason at all, but it is sad when it's on that basis (impatience, insisting certain characters should act certain ways almost immediately) and so commonplace and derisive. It's funny because modern anime often have short seasons, sometimes only one short season for their whole run, whereas many older shows used to be dozens and dozens or even over 100 episodes, but I feel as if there was a lot greater patience, tolerance, and leeway granted back then rather than the instant gratification crowd.
Anyway, thanks for the request and feel free to use the wall messaging system on our respective profile pages, or alternatively PMs, if you ever have a thought to share in terms of questions or comments/statements. Regards.
