Yes I just came back from the trip and I really enjoyed it, I went to Marrakesh which is probably the best city for tourist and it was worth it especially for the weather ahahaha it was approximately 25° with a very sunny and bright sky and now I came back and it's 0° and raining it's already depressing lol, but anyway the city is beautiful, you can definitely see that you are in Africa, people are also very kind (except a few of them sadly), of course you need to be cautious about your belongings and how you handle your money when buying things (most of the time there is no fixed price, they negotiate the price), but otherwise it's perfect for the food, the palaces the gardens, the activities (like going to the desert for example) etc I definitely recommend it for a 1 week trip during the winter

Understandable, I was the same way with Fullmetal Alchemist too.


Well do you like anything magical girl related? Nanoha is more like a Gundam version of the magical girl genre while Madoka Magica takes the whole idea of magical girls and flips it on its head in a good way (trying to be vague since you might want to go into it blind). But yeah, definitely recommend them both since they're my favorites.


At least with Kimi ni Todoke you could just read the source material, Madoka Magica is an anime original. :(


I've only read the manga for NHK ni Youkoso, but if the anime is as good as the manga was then I would recommend watching it. =)

Honestly though, there has been a lot of good anime adaption recently so I might actually get back into watching anime again. I'm especially hyped for the new Nanoha anime and also that we finally getting the 4th movie of Madoka Magica after 12 years of radio silence with that cliffhanger ending. :D (though I'm sad to see the show finally get closure)

Do you have any anime/manga you are looking forward to consuming? Other from your obligation to Ookami Shoujo. xD

I just didn't really like the vibe of the main leads relationship had to be honest, I've read a lot of shoujo manga so I know that some relationships might seem toxic at first but this one I just couldn't past. I'll probably continue it again sooner or later since the female lead is interesting!

I guess you can say I'm burnt out of anime right now, I think I've watched only like 15 anime this past 3ish years. It's just easier to pace myself with the source material instead (ie manga, light novel, and visual novel).

To be honest that's kinda how anime conversations are nowadays when it's not about arguing sadly xD This is kinda why I prefer the forum threads for episode discussions I think it's easier this way.
You'll be going to Paris for vacation? You should look for the best areas to stay and avoid the bad ones because obviously Paris has a bad and a good side. Good luck with the language because French people usually suck at english and only want to speak in French xD It reminds me I should study Portuguese again, I studied at school back then but then I switched to Spanish for the remainder of my studies

No worries I'll probably be reading the manga version for Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji, I'll tell you my thoughts if I ever get around to reading it. Be sure to tell me your thoughts too if you read my recommendations, it's always nice to hear new things!

I did see Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji in your list and it looks pretty interesting so thanks for the indirect recommendation lol. But so far here's the mangas I've read that are more romance oriented that are pretty fun:

The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity: (Absolutely beautiful art, well developed characters and interesting romance. 100% recommend this one.)
Last Game: (I actually haven't finished this one yet but it's about guy competing with a girl in grades and all sorts of things all through elementary school to college, and in college his final challenge is to get her to fall in love with him but the plot twist is he's slowly falling in love with her instead.)
Usotsuki Lily: (Main female lead gets confessed to by a hot guy and instantly accepts but later finds out he likes to dress up as a female, the reason is very unique!)

Yeah I understand, MAL should rework the comment section to make it better for that, I know they changed a lot of things recently so it might be the case soon hopefully. Recommendations? Hmm, I don't know about animes nowadays but here's some that may have went under your radar:
Binbougami ga!: (Egotistical rich girl has all the luck in the world at the cost of everyone else; a goddess of poverty is sent to rectify that. Hilarity ensues.)
D-Frag!: (Local delinquent thinks he's the big dog in the school but finds out he's the only sane person there, a very funny anime that has both a good sub and dub)
ReLIFE: (I couldn't think of any more funny descriptions so I'll just say that this one was already in your list and I think you might really like it.)
Kino no Tabi: The Beautiful World: (Has two versions from 2003 and 2017, some arcs do overlap but I think both versions are definitely worth a watch if you want to see an anime about different countries and their cultures)

But yeah, I did see you really liked the romance genre but most of my recommendations for that would be for manga and it seems you don't really read manga so rip. :/
