hi yeah so all my ratings are really biased and based on personal enjoyment rather than anything else. if i give something a 10 i'm not necessarily saying it was GOOD, just that i loved it. i try to be more objective with my reviews though.
i hardly ever update this anymore tbh so if you know me elsewhere and you're like "wait, i thought you'd watched/read X, why isn't it here?" then i probably just haven't added it yet.

I also think many people, by the time they've finished After Story and cried their heart out they forget actually how funny Clannad is. I only noticed when I re-watched the whole both seasons about how I'd forgotten just how good the comedy Clannad is. And for me personally, to get a more emotional impact when something sad happens, I have to be invested in the characters so those small silly humorous moments are absolutely essential.
You should watch Toradora.
IMO: Clannad After Story > Toradora > Clannad.
Also really pretty profile picture depicting lovely Totoro in watercolours.
By the way, Greg Ayres' voice is downright annoying. He is hilariously good as Sunohara, but in other roles he fails.
Keep up the great reviews, and be sure to see any of the good Key or Kyoto Animation works.:)
