Even if she couldn't figure it out, she should atleast be like "Hey.. Isn't that guy kinda looks like him?", atleast that small doubt when the Anime make it do clear to the audience

Yeah I don't disagree, Index is kinda terrible (I gave it a "5" btw, I don't know why you specifically brought Index here) but I like how it brings it different characters to a great payoff. Railgun does this better than Index, but that's another story.

I actually kinda hoped that maybe Spriggan might brings all these characters it previously introduced in the final episode when they showed Yoshina, but it didn't and that's probably not what it's aiming for either. Despite those fights I didn't enjoyed anything and those reveals felt really stupid too. Like in episode 1. Are you saying she couldn't find out Yuu who's beside the while time, when he looks very similar to his childhood photo? It was pretty terrible.

I said the MC is a bland OP protagonist. I don't remember saying it's a self insert.

Nice review on SxF. Episode 8 was the proof that Anya hard carry this show.
