...then you might like Girls & Panzer add

You'll just find yourself weirdly and helplessly attracted to the anime although both may sound stupid at first. With that said, the magnet ability of AKB0048 is definitely higher than Girls and Panzer though.

-the art styles are very alike -engaging story although Macross Frontier is definitely more deep -same director -use of music and mecha involved

If you liked Kyou no 5 no 2 (TV) add

...then you might like Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou add

both share the same kind of comedy where kyou no go no ni takes place more in the school setting with middle school kids

If you liked Myself; Yourself add

...then you might like Yotsunoha add

Premise is the same - reunion of childhood friends - whereas Myself; Yourself is more involved since its a series.

If you liked Kobato. add

...then you might like Hanasaku Iroha add

Both anime gave me a very similar feel. Kobata had less drama and romance but more focus on the main's life encounter/events.

The feel you get after watching both are the same. There's drama, tears, romance, funny moments, love triangles, and friendship.
