Watashi ga Motete Dousunda is not the best story, but your anime review lacks empathy.

You didn't even understand the type of character the protagonist is. Of course she is not interested in anyone, she is an otaku. This story is about her not thinking about the feelings of others in the wake of her fanaticism.

Her favorite character did not die, her <husbando> died. Do you know what that means for an otaku? I don't think so because you like anime, but you are not a genuine anime otaku like the protagonist. For these people anime is "life", and his partner in that "life" died. She didn't lose weight overnight. It was an attack of depression... for 7 days. Have you suffered a genuine attack of depression? Or do you know someone with depression? Again, I don't think so.

Anime is propaganda. One cannot expect much from just 12 episodes. For your lack of understanding or rejection towards these type of people you made a very tough sentence for something that clearly shows potential.

A shame.
