I was just playing a joke on your use of the word "peaked" :) "Piqued my interest" is probably what you meant to say. "Peaked" your interest would mean that you found it of the utmost interest.

I read the manga Gantz, and I agree with you that it's crap.

How can you not like an anime which "peaked" your interest? :o

Say your post for a cute, happy, whimsical anime-

I highly suggest Fairy Tail. No one dies, the cast is enormous, it's all about fighting for your friends and stupid jokes and just general silliness. It's also got some of the most uplifting music out there.

It's a shounen like Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, etc, but I'd say it's the 'girliest' of them because the main character is a very relatable female. It also has tons of pairing fanservice and a great deal of really strong female characters. Oh, and there's a guy who habitually strips. (I'm just assuming you're a female based on your favs, the fact that you watch yaoi and your picture =) )

Give it a shot- I won't say it's the greatest anime ever, but it should at least put a smile on your face.
