Edward Wright is great, haha. I've re-watched Shaun of the Dead multiple times with friends in the past few months. Hot Fuzz is my personal favorite out of the trilogy, but I think The World's End is seriously underrated. Scott Pilgrim is a pretty fun watch as well. And I could definitely notice his influence in Ant-Man.
I'll honestly watch anything as long as it interests me. And I have pretty low standards.
