Ahh exactly! The worst case scenario is when there's no fan translations either :') But I suppose it has to be a really obsure story for it not to have any translations. Still, that's one of the worst things that can happen when you watch a good anime and want more ^^;

Oh, I've actually been in a manga mood lately! Some of the titles that really stood out to me are Aria of the Beech Forest, which is such a cute, cozy slice of life story about a little girl who's a witch (but sucks at magic haha) and lives pretty isolated until one day when she meets a mysterious wolf. The only thing I'm worried about is that it only has 3 volumes, too short >.<
Next is Usuzumi no Hate, which is post apocalyptic sci fi where all of humanity has been wiped out. I've only read 11 chapters so far, but looks really promising.
Then we have Usotoki Rhetoric, which is a historical romance mystery where the main girl can hear lies. Pretty funny and it is already finished!
And the last one I'm gonna mention, since I've already made this message too long, is I want to hold Aono-kun so badly I could die, which is intriguing because there's romance but also horror. The art style makes it look pretty cutesy but that's misleading, gives a false sense of security imo. I only read 2 volumes so far, but I can already see more scary things happening.
What have you been reading recently? I'd love to see some of your manga recs as well!

Ahh ikr!! It really sucks, especially if it's not even officialy translated. Or if they have like 2-3 volumes translated, then stop. This happend with Kino no Tabi's light novels >.< But at least you can count on fan translations haha.

Oh yeah, Dungeon Meshi is mostly silly, but I appreciate the change of tone sometimes xD I don't think I'm the type that laughs easily while watching shows, but when they wore those frog costumes it was really funny loll.

It's too bad you don't have as much free time anymore, but you've watched 6 eps so far, so that's still progress! I'm not sure the 5th season will be out this year, there is a chance but we don't know for sure. I think you'll have enough time haha.

Ah I got 2 recommendations, Id Invaded and Gosick. Unfortunately, I didn't like Id Invaded as much as I'd liked to ^^; It doesn't help that I kept comparing it with Psycho Pass, which is one of my all time favourite anime. As for Gosick, I haven't started it yet, but I'm hoping to get to it this year! Have you seen any of these two?

Haha yeah, I have both on my playlist too! Totally understandable to prefer the op though. I love it when an anime has good songs and a good story!

Oh, I haven't seen the new version of Kino actually. But it's probably a remake. Though there's enough content to adapt from the light novels... But yeah, the newer version can't compare to the old one imo. Do you plan to watch that too?

Ohh you're almost finished with Dungeon Meshi now! But yeah, I thought it'll only be a silly show until the stuff with Falin happend. I liked the second half of the show better than the first tbh xD

That's understandable, I only started it because my brother wouldn't shut up about it xD But it was soo worth it!! You'll definitely love it if you like adventure + comedy + action. Season 5 will be the final one, so it's a good time to start the series haha.
Oh yeah, the Secret Santa event has great timing tbh, since most people have free time during the holidays. Still, keeping up with so many seasonals and watching finished shows can be kinda tricky xD

Haha well, since you also seem to be following the latest anime, I figured Dungeon Meshi might be a cool one to check out. It's so silly, but the serious moments are great! And a second season was confirmed, so they'll probably adapt the whole manga, which is great news :3

Golden Kamuy is really really good, especially if you like adventure/action anime. It's also really funny sometimes! If you end up liking the first season, I'm sure you'll enjoy the rest! But yeah, take all the time you need. I'm really happy you watched almost all of my recommendations (in such a short time too!)
