The first half or so of To Your Eternity S2 is pretty meh, especially compared to S1, it takes a while but it does start being great again if you give it some more time! If you loved season 1, I think you should try and give S2 another chance.
i would give tye s2 an other chance (i've read your comment on the first 4 ep) i do think even if the vibe has changed its still has a pretty nice charm to it. (ofc its your choice)
100% agree with you on your to your eternity s2 review, I feel like they're getting way too comfortable with using timeskips and introducing new pretty generic characters im still going to give it a couple more episodes to see if it subverts my expectations and adds more depth to the new cast since I really loved s1 but I really am not feeling the way the show is going right now
Hey. I saw your review of To Your Eternity season 2. I'm a manga reader here to reassure you. What I will say is that the tone from the first three-ish arcs won't be back and the series will go into more fighting, but alongside that will be some fantastic character development. Bon in particular has the best development in the series. The manga arc that the first two episodes are adapted from always struck me as rather rushed but I can say that what they end up doing with Bon is worth waiting and keeping up with the anime for if you don't mind the more fighting oriented approach (as the manga does do some interesting things with it).
I think you can remove the spoiler tag from your Hoshi no Samidare review. Seeing how the real badguy looks is not something worth adding the spoiler tag since he is also in the intro and you are not giving out crutial information that can ruin someone's experience.
