Not exactly. I thought it was interesting because it was a unique list, but even more so to see stuff by Maruo Suehiro in the tops. I noticed you're really into ero-guro, I recommend you search for Toshio Saeki, it's interesting and was also my first contact with this kind of art.
If you like stuff that’s more serious and not over the top, the big titles are things like Aoi Hana, Octave, or any of Takemiya Jin’s works. Sayonara Rose Garden is probably my favourite recently released yuri manga. Haru to Midori and My Unrequited Love are good too, but deal with some uncomfortable themes and may not be for everyone.
More lighthearted/teen angsty recommendations would be Notes From the Garden of the Lillies, Blue Friend, Hana to Hoshi, Bloom Into You, Cocytus, Kimi Koi Limit, Yuunagi Marbled, Poor Poor Lips, and A Timid Woman Longing for Her Delivery Girl(this one is super cute).
The best place to find good yuri manga is the dynasty reader website, it has literally thousands of yuri manga in a well ordered database.
In terms of Anime, it’s pretty damn sparse, and the only ones I would strongly recommend are Oniisama-e, Shoujo Kakumei Utena, and Sakura Trick/Strawberry Panic/Yuru Yuri if you want more lighthearted stuff. A lot of people would recommend Maria Sama ga Miteru, but it was never my cup of tea. I haven’t watched Adachi and Shimamura, but the light novels have been pretty good so far, although I have no idea how they’d translate into an anime considering how much they focus on the character’s thoughts. Simoun is also something idk if I should recommend, I loved it, but it’s very weird and niche, and it really wasn’t the yuri that made it good.
I hope this helps, I haven’t been keeping up as much with this stuff as I used to.
Hi, thanks for the friend request, I see you like ero-guro manga. I can recommend you the mangaka Samura Hiroaki, he makes some amazng manga but he is mostly known for his brutal ero-guro works. You can google him- it's really brutal. And if you would like brutal manga in that style from him I recommend Beageruta:)
And as for gothic lolita, check Le Théâtre de A and Le Théâtre de B. These are collections of short stories in 2 volumes. They are really short but wonderful. Only the first story in the first book is in a poor quality on the internet so don't feel discouraged after it and check some more if you feel like it!:D And you can check Dokuhime, it's really interesting story from the author of The Embalmer (in both works there are gothic/lolita vibes)
