A little something about how I write reviews: As a voracious reader of the romantic genre, I try to include a section, in each of my reviews, discussing the romantic style of each mangaka. In the past, I've struggled to find reviews that accurately capture and describe the romantic style in a manga. This meant I usually had to go through many chapters only to be let down by cheesy/unlikable relationships or characters with little chemistry. With this in mind, I've endeavoured to include in all my reviews a 'romance' section where I discuss how the love interests and relationships develop (e.g. whether it's a slow-burn etc). |
