I believe they let 'fan translations' through at the start to build a fan base, and then threatened to press charges once they had em hooked. Rumor has it they hired several of the fan translators to work for Yen Press.

I guess they're just milking it now since a few chapters have been translated from Novel 5-10, and no.4 is already complete. Not to mention the two Nintendo DS games and lots of goodies on the online store. I just hope they reinvest some of that revenue into quicker releases.

I managed to get my hands on Novel no.6 chapter 1 if you're interested. It put my mind at ease after endless searching through online forums.

Novel no.4 is being officially released in June, with no.5 in dec. Theres also speculation that they may announce a third season in spring and release it early 2012 (as seems to be the current pattern).

Season 2 english dub is coming this year, it's gonna be fun to see how they change up the dialogue since all i had was fansubs (which were excellent) but it makes it so much better to understand the dialogue rather than read it, adds to the atmosphere. (ok fine, i want to see the deep conversations between Lawrence and Horo from ep 10,11,12).

I was tempted to read the ending of novel 16 since i found a forum and novel summary while snooping around, but i just can't ruin the whole experience for myself.

Anyways cheers for the reply, i just had to message you to see if you had any translations because i notice you mentioned you would look for some, but then again im sure everyone who appreciated the series would try see what happens after season 2.

Hey mate, i read your post on the forum for season 2 ep 12, and was wondering if u had any of the light novels past no.3. Since Baka-sukari (or w/e) abandoned the project i cant download form their site.

I really wanna know what happens past season 2!!!
