You are right about NANA being a beautiful pain. It is very unique, and you really can't find any other anime that is remotely similar to NANA (excluding Paradise Kiss because that's another Yazawa's work).

I heard about that but I'm not sure tbh. Life is full of unexpected surprises, but I try not to think that deep on the topic.

For sure...especially the manga lol. Can't tell if we are sadistic for liking what Yazawa has been cooking for us. The wait (hiatus) and the cliffhanger is just too painful. We might get a proper conclusion hopefully.

YASSS, u know the feeling too well. I can definitely understand Shin and Violet from your favorite's. We definitely need a season 2 for 86. As for Violet Evergarden, it's perfect. Just thinking about Violet makes me sad/happy at the same time but at the end of the day, it was a wholesome anime💜

Smoltulip I wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year <3 I'm currently re-reading Frieren's manga so as soon as I finish I will tell you what I think about it in detail, I will finish in 4 or 5 days or less, with the holidays I have more time to binge read <3 it became one of those series that will stay in my heart and that I will never forget <3 that's why I decided to add it in my favourites list <3 what do you think about it instead? In this season I loved Dandadan, because the 7th episode made me cry a river, the music, the animation were top notch, and it made me laugh so much in all the other episodes, moreover Momo and Okarun grew on me, it was adorable how they helped each other when one of them was bullied or someone talked behind their backs. On the movements of the earth is another one of my favourites, I love historical anime/manga and I'm so glad I started it, because it is so difficult to find a well written one. It got me at the edge of my seat in some episodes, and there's more than one main character (I grew attached to all of them). It is unlike any other series I watched. I loved also Nina the starry bride, for the same reason as On the movements of the earth, it never gets boring, every episode made me feel anxious, glad or happy for Nina, she's so brave and caring despite all the hardships she had to overcome in her life, that I couldn't help but care for her <3 then when it comes to Blue Box, I like Chinatsu for her commitment to her favourite sport, and it was so cute to see how she encouraged Taiki when he lost. On the other hand, I can't help but root for Hina, because Taiki and Hina understand each other even without words, the way they tease each other is always so cute, and I always have this feeling that they always feel lighthearted when they are together. I loved also Ranma's remake, it made me laugh a lot, so it became my comfort anime. How about you? Did you like some anime in particular in this season? By the way I can't wait for The Apothecary Diaries second season and for Witch Hat Atelier, I fell in love with the manga, the same goes for The Fragrant Flower blooms with dignity I look forward to see it adapted. <3 I saw that you added A condition called love to your favourite manga list, the anime was fine but I wanted to give the manga a try to see if it was better than the anime, what did you think about it? Do you look forward to some series in particular? <3 I'm really excited to write you again as well <3 I wish you all the best for everything <3
