There have been so many times where a translation of a manga I was reading stopped. And that left me feeling limited as it meant no longer reading for me. You must be feeling the power of reading raws.

Btw, the manga you got gifted, was it in Japanese?

Yes, the news for KimiShinu is very exciting. Many really good yuri manga have had anime announcements lately. Surely at least one of them will be good lol. I'm cautiously optimistic for 'Amayo no Tsuki.' I am honestly worried the anime will not get far enough for our couple to get together in any way, but we'll see. Surprisingly I haven't read Aniyome. I get a little worried when guys make their way into yuri manga, but I will be sure to check it out at some point. The other big anime announcement lately was 'Kininatteru Hito ga Otoko ja Nakatta' which is also quite exciting. I need to catch up on the manga. Anyway, I hope you enjoy Tsukiatte Agetemo and thanks for accepting the FR <3

Seiyuu Radio looks cute!! I'll put it on my PtW :) I tend to trend toward more realistic anime rather than the supernatural, but I have been branching out recently!

Oh those are good ones!! I haven't listened the new ones yet, so it was my first time listening a Juo Sena song xd , It's an amazing voice indeed!!

Well, if we are talking about "oshi", I'll ofc go with a Lilja song - Hakusen
It's the Gakumas song I mostly like to spend time listening xd. Love her voice and I also have a bias to European-blood girls in anime, Anya is my fav in Cinderella girls, for example,So Lillja being half Swedish was a thing that made me got interested in her when I first met Gakumas !!

But a non Lilja song that I would put as one of my fav would be Clumsy trick It's a lovely song. I did saw some Rinami arts in this last valentine's day, people seem to like drawing her with that theme! I like it

I might start watching more videos about Gakumas so I learn more about the story of the girls!!

Hello! I just read through your "How do you rate anime?" forum response where I was tagged.

It's cool to hear that my reviews and/or rating system influenced another anime enthusiast's outlook on anime. It sounds like you're becoming more comfortable judging things both personally and critically to grasp why you loved (or hated) something and what your tastes are. I've always believed that people tend to enjoy things more when they appreciate the beauty and effort that went into making it. As such, it would be awesome to read a review from you one day so that others on MAL can read about your perspective and find their own path to enhanced enjoyment too.

But thank you for the kind words. I'm not sure how fellow weebs do a farewell to each other, so I'll just keep it simple. :)

P.S.: I'm kinda curious. Was there a specific review or aspect of my rating system that resonated with you? I always enjoy reading feedback on the stuff I post, both good and bad!

If you're more into romance than sports, I recommend starting with something that's kind of equally about both. Cross Game, Mix Meisei and their parent story (see very old similar adaptation, not necessary to watch first) Touch, or something silly like Bokuyan Battery. Haikyuu is a great entry-level anime too, and Blue Box is apparently really good (although I have not seen it as I am waiting for the dub.)

I watch a lot of GL too, that might have been why I added you! Still struggling to find one that is 10/10 like Given but there are some great ones I like, like Kase-san and Morning Glories.

For sure...especially the manga lol. Can't tell if we are sadistic for liking what Yazawa has been cooking for us. The wait (hiatus) and the cliffhanger is just too painful. We might get a proper conclusion hopefully.

YASSS, u know the feeling too well. I can definitely understand Shin and Violet from your favorite's. We definitely need a season 2 for 86. As for Violet Evergarden, it's perfect. Just thinking about Violet makes me sad/happy at the same time but at the end of the day, it was a wholesome anime💜
