This anime starts off with a weak innocent princess that knows nothing about the world. Gaurded by the castles walls and her body guard Hak her whole life. That is until the castle is attacked so the princess and Hak go into hiding. The princess and Hak continue to run and hide. Throughout these adventures the princess begins to change. She becomes more independent. She transforms from the weak princess to a strong leader. She meets many new people and discovers places she never knew existed. I loved this anime. It involved adventure and romance which ... are my favorite genres. I was hesitant at the beginning of the anime because the main character was so weak that's how I thought the whole anime was going to be like. However I was very wrong about the anime and the main character. I loved this anime so much that I am anxiously waiting for the second season.

I have read many manga's and this is by far my favorite manga of all. I started off by watching the anime that is 24 episodes long but I was so obsessed with the characters and story that I needed to know more. That's how I moved on to the manga. The manga is about the difficulties that a courageous girl and a prince like guy go through in order to fall in love. The story line is one of a kind about the boundaries that the two have to go through. Each character is different and is amusing in ... their own unique way. This love story really is one of a kind! If you enjoy love stories that the girl is extremely strong willed with a guy that will never give up then this is the manga for you. I highly recommend this manga from beginning to end.
