I'm currently a junior in high school who watches about 1-2 episodes of anime daily. I don't watch that much although in total all the anime I watch adds up to the total I have today.

My ratings: (each point higher carries the previous meanings, i.e. to have an 9 it must fulfill what's needed for a 7 to be considered a 9)

If it's above a 7, I considered it worth watching and worth my time.
If it's an 8, I consider it well worth my time and would recommend it to a friend who has some background knowledge (has finished 8+ animes) regarding anime.
If it's a 9, I truly enjoyed it personally and would consider rewatching it.
If an anime on my list is a 10, I consider it absolutely worth watching and would recommend it to any friend of mine if they showed any ounce of interest in anime.

Additionally, keep in mind that any ecchi or harem anime would be recommended only to people who have familiarity with those types. For instance, Trinity Seven is an anime I'd give a 9 to on my harem score scale for those who have seen animes with fanservice or harems. This is different than a rating to an anime such as Steins;Gate.
