Funny you mention Ishtar, since I wasted all my tickets (47 of them) last week for her and only got Ana out of it.
Then yesterday, with the few tickets I scraped, decided to go for the free ticket bonus of the banner (since I only needed 2) for the lols, and then bam she came. First SSR get out of a ticket since I started playing, it came totally out of nowhere.
Oh popular waifus, nice. And yeah that is perfectly normal, I wouldn´t even call it greedy, providing you have self-restrain lol.
As for me, most of the time I have a tone of quartz in hand due to being cautious for the meme to end a possible Muramasa release (my biggest target) or Tamavich, so I have a lot of self-restrain with my rolls since I have my priorities well-established (as in I only roll for those I consider top priority at the time).
So unreleased servants aside, and in spite of aiming for plenty of servants in the long term (like Bride, Scathach and Melt), my 2 top priorities atm are Skadi and Kama.

I'm fine btw, working but Netflix is holding my back for my anime doses, specially to Fate series (watched Ufotable's UBW and Apocrypha) so I'm just missing Final Encore but there is alot mixed opinions + I haven't played the PSP game (my PSP battery died long ago and was in middle of my Persona3P file) so I just watched the first episode.
Oh also last week I started to play FGO on my PC (BlueStacks made it possible xD), going throught the story mode is pretty looong if you don't skip dialog (now I understand why the NP animation joke). I barely finished the Orleans one.
