for now i recommend watching 'kore wa zombie desu ka?' it's a really great one, i'd say it's one of my favs among like 170 series i watched. i had a little burnout back then but it completely healed my soul.
I also recommend log horizon, which is a better SAO. Angel Beats!, boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai which is my first ever anime, dagashi kashi- it's a very funny show and Gosick- kind of like a detective show with romance. some of these may not have the perfect writing but they were very engaging to watch for me. i really felt immersed in their worlds. i hope you find something you'll love here.
