I am very honoured and happy to be friends anytime! >_<  A little about me is that I'm an enormous anime fan and it's both a blessing and a curse. I'm a member of the MAL Rewrite Club, meaning I write synopses for anime and manga on this site (you may have read one I wrote!) As a female, I enjoy my mushy-gushy romance anime (though I usually follow them to their mangas and end up liking the manga more) but I have a really open mind and enjoy watching all kinds of anime. I usually find myself deep in the shounen genre sometimes. My favourite type of anime is sports, swordsman or fantasy/action anime, and if it even has some romance then it's perfect for me! I also enjoy watching airing anime because I like giving new things a watch! Both a manga reader and anime watcher. I began reading manga when I was young and then discovered anime and have fallen in love ever since. Btw, I think Mikasa is the most badass female anime character to ever exist.  And I think Levi is the most badass male anime character to ever exist.  One thing about me is that I'm a very sentimental person. Many anime series have struck me and pulled on my heartstrings, making me completely attached to them. I especially attach and invest myself into characters! Ah, good rest after a hard-working day is bliss, and even more so if it's over a longer span of time (not that I would know, though).
That's too bad, I hope restrictions will ease out over at your place so you won't have to be secluded for too long. As an indoor person myself, I'm finding this time quite fruitful and fulfilling in all honestly on the other hand.
I've been learning Japanese for about a week now, kanji excluded. University starts in Sept. so I'm pretty much free until then. I've lots of binge-ing plans too so life is somewhat busy over at my end too.
