My conquest is the sea of stars
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.
in the heart of every man lies a kingdom, our quest, then, is not conquest, but the unveiling of our own majesty
"I am not a complete idiot, but whether from weakness or laziness have no talent for thinking. I know only how to reflect: I am a mirror . . . Logic does not exist for me. I float on the waves of art and life and never really know how to distinguish what belongs to the one or the other or what is common to both. Life unfolds for me like a theatre presenting a sequence of somewhat unreal sentiments; while the things of art are real to me and go straight to my heart."
I dream of her. We've never met. I see her in my mind's sunset. In the dark, I awake with my memory drained. I felt her skin and saw her face. She called to me, and I answered back. But what she said, my mind does lack. I touched her skin, I saw her face. But when I look, an empty slate. Each night I remember; Each morning I forget the girl I saw in my mind's sunset.
‘Now I have neither happiness nor unhappiness. Everything passes.’ - Osamu Dazai
“When a man is in despair, it means that he still believes in something.” - Dmitri Shostakovich
My shadow and I stood in a complex plane.
"What value are you?" I winked and asked.
"3435i", said he, and he asked me mine.
I said I was 33+44+33+55.
"That's what I am, but times i"he replied.
Our eyes met and danced
as we added and multiplied and exponentiated and tertiated
until we reached the magnitude of beauty,
in the silence of ∞, where I saw my true self.
I spoke no words but the simple language of the universe.
I rose and vaporized into numbers,
integrated with the Universe,
and we became 1.
"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I’ve climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
Of sun-split clouds, – and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of – wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hov’ring there,
I’ve chased the shouting wind along, and flung
My eager craft through footless halls of air…
Up, up the long, delirious burning blue
I’ve topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace
Where never lark, or ever eagle flew –
And, while with silent, lifting mind I’ve trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand, and touched the face of God."
"The radical illusion of the world is a problem faced by all great cultures, which they have solved through art and symbolization. What we have invented, in order to support this suffering, is a simulated real, which henceforth supplants the real and is its final solution, a virtual universe from which everything dangerous and negative has been expelled." - Baudrillard
“Our civilization is characterized by the word progress. Progress is its form rather than making progress being one of its features. Typically it constructs. It is occupied with building an ever more complicated structure. And even clarity is sought only as a means to this end, not as an end in itself. For me on the contrary clarity, perspicuity are valuable in themselves.” - Wittgenstein
"Those who engage in contemplating these things and dwell on eternal matters, removing the soul from sensible things, will be removed from corporal contagion and dominate the stars. They will see the clouds and the stars of heaven beneath their feet."
"If it is the reason that makes the man, it is the feeling that leads him."
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have Eternal Life" John 3:16
To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour
“You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
– John 8:32
“Suffering becomes beautiful when anyone bears great calamities with cheerfulness, not through insensibility but through greatness of mind.” - Aristotle
"The fire that had kept me alive was love. Their love. God's love."
"Or more specifically, a society that seeks to conquer the infinite with the finite."
"If the doors of perception were cleansed everything would appear to man as it is, infinite." W Blake
"Science and religion are merely the two ends of the same road."
Emptiness is everywhere and it can be calculated, which gives us a great opportunity.
I know how to control the universe. So tell me, why should I run for a million?
I suddenly feel connected to anyone who has walked the same path either long ago or
far in the future

But I do also like to interact with the people I'm looking to bring into the club.
The club consists of a lot of different seasonal activities from Power Rankings to OP/ED Comps to Seasonal Cards.
*If the invite doesn't go through just message me about it*
If you enjoy OP/EDs a lot then you might be interested in helping us as we rebuild our Seasonal Feature for that after MAL went down.
