4) I'm not sure they are parallel, it's more like there are different timelines, and every time after Homura returns back into the past, she makes a new timeline because of altering the present. These actions could make space-time anomalies which affected some parallel universes and caused incredible rise of Madoka's power in all dimensions. There is no precise concept of parallel universes in this title.
5) Do you mean Timeline 4? Was it that necessary to show the murdering of QB one more time?
