Lucky Star is a...rather hardcore show, thanks god that I can understand most of it's joke and parody although Lucky Star is the third anime I watch seriously. On another note, Kagami is saimoe 2008 champion, a huge suprise for me.
Ore no imouto huh? No, I dont think there are any reason for you to wait for the blu-ray version. Everything is right there, except for only one short bath scene which is no big deal.

And the guy I share my house with is not just some other blonde guys. He's one of the most awesome villains of anime history, his name is...he changes his name almost as much as he changes his clothes. But, his most famous name is Char Aznable, arch-rival of Amuro Ray-the very first gundam pilot. Thus, this make him the very first villain who want to destroy gundam. The last time I met him, Char was planning to throw an extremely huge asteroid on Earth. And Tenshi, dont worry, she moved out with Otonashi XD

You ask about Ore no Imouto? Hmm...best of this season so far. Nice color, nice art and good animation come with a very good original storyplot. Character staff are powerfull as all of them are likeable/loveable. Music is also a strong point but voice acting is rather normal (actually, very normal, not good not bad). I think, you should watch it if you have time. Really, I didnt have much hope for this series but after watching first 2 eps, it turn out to be my most favorite in this season. Yosuga...on the contrary, failed me! Dissapointed me! Waarghhhh!!!!
The reasons why Love Hina got banned:
_Nude scenes (but it's not really nude, no tits or pussy are showed! Why!!?)
_Indecent scenes (boy kisses girl, guy touches gal's boobs, bla...bla...)
_Incest (Because of the rough translation, both Keitaro and Narusegawa call Keitaro's grandmother "grandma". Some stupid guys started to think that Narusegawa and Keitaro are sister and brother, so...incest!)
But really, it happened because those guys of goverment didnt actually read it, they just want to find some "indecent scenes" so that they could scream "ban!!!!". Not only Love Hina, but several unlucky series have been killed by them by the same way. Why do I say "unlucky"? Because they only read the few first chapters of a series, if they fail to find anything in these chapters, it'll pass. At least, in America, they are serious about it.

But, as I told you before, the qualities just fail so hard. Even my group's products are better than the official's ones. Some time, I just wish I have enough money to creat a publisher on my own.
Ha ha ha...yeah, I did learned Japanese but quit after a few months because my college's studying took up so much time, I didnt have any time to spend on Japanese. For now, I am just too lazy to do anything that take time.

In the case you want to learn Japanese, I think unless you are serious with it, dont even thing about learning Japanese because it is rather hard and took some time to learn. The good side is...there's no easy part and also no hard part, once you how to deal with it, nothing can stop you. But...to be able to read/watch and ENJOY manga/anime is another thing. I bet you will want to read manga in English although you can read it in Japanese.
But hey, my friend, who've learned Japanese for almost three years can listen and understand Japanese songs, nice, huh?

Touma is the more real version of Conan but he's actually cute and likeable. Mizuhara is awesome, funny, trusty and sporty and also girly, she can be my girlfriend if her breasts is a little more attractive. The cases are interesting, creative and somewhat more logical than Conan's one. The art is old but simple but really, I still can realize the moéness of female characters.
And...ha ha, dance in vampire bund is hillarious. Mina's sexy and very...fappable. She's one the very few loli girls I have a hot for. The rest is Suiseiseki, Fate Testarossa and Ilya. The reason why I keep recommend Squid Girl for everyone I know is because of it's pureness. No pervert panty shot, no nude scene, no pervert joke and still very funny, it's this season's healthy laught anime.
For me, squid girl = cow, ink = milk. It sound a little cruel but it's what they are doing to her, ha ha ha!
About Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo, I have already finished all of it's manga but havent watch it's anime and movie yet. I've read it several years ago. It seem like the good-for-nothing publisher actually imported some good stuffs at time. It's strange that this series doesnt as well known as it deserves. There's also Q.E.D, a very good mystery manga but not many know it.
I am reading Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo, a detective manga just like Conan but way better. It's somewhat old and not many ppl know about it. I have to say, main character is awesome and funny at the same time, and his childhood friend is also more funny than Ran Mori. The cases are creative and interesting. It's also showing a great meaning in every cases, from every cases, something can be learned. It's not only a good mystery solve manga but also a very good manga.
Well, it's not that scary because it's a comedy anime, it's a very funny scene. If you have time, be sure to watch it (or wait for sometime till it's over and download the whole series at once).
On another note, if I want to watch Higurashi series, which one I should watch first?
About Squid Girl, she doesnt spit ink...she omits ink. On another note, her ink is the top quality.
Well, Yosuga maybe a good series if it doesnt stray too far from the original story. What a pity that you cant download anything till 29 because there's another good series which name is Squid Girl. It's a funny one.

Probaly, Sanae (the long green hair chick), when defeated by Reimu (the SEXY evil looking miko chick) remembered her hard training (lol, a bondage, maybe it makes her will become stronger?). She suddently got a power buff and beat Reimu back.
Panty&Stocking is a much more mature of Powerbuff girl (and much more than a lot of anime I have watched) and also 10 times more hillarious, some hate it, some like it, some swear to watch it till the final, some said that they will not watch anymore episodes. I think you should watch it and decide to like it or not
