actually i'm interrested in the japanese language too and a friend recommended me to start with "Hiragana"

The manga is pretty good, I just forgot how to read them correctly-well I know that I have to read it from the right to left ^_^ but the last time I readed a manga was 8-9 years ago so yeah...

I started it about 15 mins ago and really like it
I'll keep an eye on Nagi no Asu Kara soon too. Coincidentally, both series will be airing next month from the Fall season so I do want to see how faithful it will be adapted manga-wise at least going by the first chapters.
I heard recently the project was dropped.
