Hm . . . I would say Nagi no Asukara. It's the best out of all of them, not by much, but definitely better.
Nagi no Asukara. This is a romance-drama anime in a fantasy world. Great visuals & animation(as expected from P.A Works). The romance & drama are really strong in this one, well-written & not too overly dramatic. You cannot go wrong with this one.
Ano Natsu de Matteru. This one is also a romance-drama anime, but with a touch of sci-fi(just a bit). The romance & drama are not as strong as my previous recommendation, but it's still good. Nothing grounbreaking, but a really well-made one. Give it a try. Oh, & the ED song is quite nice too.
Pale Cocoon. This one is a sci-fi anime. It's a short anime, but a very good one. There's no romance or drama. It's more about a reflection about humanity & the the future of humanity. And do not worry, it's not overly philosophical at all. And the ending is quite something(not going to spoil it).
True Tears. Now we're back to romance-drama anime. This one is quite something in term of romance, because it has love triangle, cheating, & everything involving romance that you can think of. It's a slow-paced anime & has a slice of life feel to it. The ending is, let's say, special(again, not going to spoil anything).
Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi. This is a rom-com anime. It blends the rom with the com really well, & has a unique fantasy world too. The animation is quite nice & the visuals is colourful. The romance between the protagonist & her love interest is good & very cute at times.
