Ciaossu. I've been into anime for over a decade now. I'm currently catching up on series that have been released in the past 2-3 years (since I rarely watched/read anything in that time) and adding the series I've watched/read from a crappy list I had on my old Crunchyroll account to Myanimelist.
Um. I'm 23, female, Hispanic, and I live in the U.S. My favorite color is purple. As far as anime/manga goes, I watch whatever catches my interest and keeps it, be it shoujo, shounen, seinen, josei, slice-of-life, shounen-ai, etc. I have a bit of a soft spot for romance and sports/game animanga, though. I also love strong, well-rounded, and realistic female characters.

Random complaint:
(1) There aren't enough shoujo/series with a female MC that focuses on character growth and plot development instead of romance, which is a shame. Worse is when it does, until a love interest comes along and suddenly the only thing the MC cares about is romance. Ugh.
(2) I also hate that shounen-ai/yaoi series have, like, zero plot. It's always all about the romance, or the sex. I just want to read something with stellar characterization, interesting character interactions, and a stellar plot, where the romance aspects take a back seat (or are equally valued). Is that too much to ask?
