Yeah, every single character from Yuu Yuu Hakusho is just perfect. It made me feel super nostalgic, right from the first episode. Black Lagoon is super good man. It's one of those anime where I prefer the dub over the sub (Seriously, the dub absolutely slays). Action, swearing, blood, guns, intimidating characters, possible candidate for best girl, the whole 9 yards.

Thanks, man! Well, I've heard of them but I never really listened to them. I've got a fuck ton of stuff on my list of things I plan to listen to (2,003 albums to be exact), so someday when I get around to it. That's a dope favorite anime by the way, I absolutely love Yuu Yuu Hakusho.

I usually listen to whole albums, since I just let the music roll on the background while reading or doing other stuff, but I wanted to give more attention to Modest Mouse since it's so acclaimed and try to "get" it lol I did it recently with Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, which was an album I used to dislike, and it ended up becoming one of my favorites.

I'll try listening to it, honestly it's The Lonesome Crowded West that I always end up stopping in the middle lol

hey, thanks haha I need to read GTO, it seems the kind of thing I'd really enjoy.
I've been trying to get into Modest Mouse for a while now, but I always end up just digressing when I listen to their albums, though I like some of their songs like Bukowski. The one in your profile is pretty good too
