A little something about me because this section is technically an “about me” section and not a “what have I been doing” section. So, yeah, just some quick fire.

(Personal Stand Against Piracy):
As a third-world country, the idea of “supporting anime” here is almost not an option. Granted, I do have an active crunchyroll account, I don’t think it’s enough to support my dying hobby. So, whether it’s buying manga (available mangas here are doraemon and volumes 1 and 2 of Fairy Tail and Attack on Titan. I’m not the biggest fan of Fairy Tail but I’ll probably buy those too just to contribute to the cause), or buying gunplas, I’ll support the industry as much as I could possibly can. And if some countrymen are reading this, I oblige you to do the same. Let’s show the distributors that our country wants the “otaku” culture to grow so that one day, not only Attack on Titan or Fairy Tail will be displayed on one stand in our favorite bookstores but a wide variety of things that we really like.
So, in regards to my small collection (I started last June so it’s still a bit small), here they are:
Volunes 1 and 2 of Attack on Titan and
Bandai-labeled Gunpla kits. I did not include the Tallgeese because that one is a bootleg
2 new gunplas (07-15-2015):
Gundam Deathscythe Hell:
V2 Assault Buster Gundam:
2 new Gunplas (07-19-2015)
Justice Gundam:
I also bought an NG version of Nu Gundam but I will not touch it til I complete the tools I need (really small screwdriver, paintbrush, and paints). Also, this kit was made in 1988. It's 6 years older than I am... I... I'm not worthy!
Oh, yeah, and I bought volume 3 of Attack on Titan last week too.
07-28-2015:
I bought 2 new kits last week and it just arrived today. Delivery was fucking delayed this time:
I have 3 unbuilt kits right now plus 2 will be arriving from Japan next week so I'll have to build these guys soon.
"Amuro" Gundam built.
and
08-04-2015:
Guntank fresh from Japan. I wasn't able to get the Guncannon because my funds this week was a bit short. I'll get that next week... probably...
2 new gunplas built!
09-01-2015:
RG Strike Freedom with Jesus Yamato in its palm:
Its back is too heavy so the pose is limited to it kneeling. lol
HGUC Revive Guncannon:
Articulation-wise, this kit is the best in my collection. Too fucking flexible. lol.
Oh, and yeah, Attack on Titan Volume 4... getto daze!
10-04-2015:
My Saber nendoroid finally arrived. It was covered in dust and smells like shit... Why?
Costs me about 70 bucks. Customs really love to fuck me.
11-12-2015:
Finally finished my MG Sandrock and he looks smexy...
It would have been nice if Bandai added the cloak like in the Endless Waltz OVA but reading through the internet, I'm one of those who believe that there will someday be an add-on because there are parts in the kit as to where add-ons can be installed. So I'm looking forward for that.
12-09-2015:
This is awesome. It comes with a stand too!
12-25-2015:
MG Sazabi ver Ka. I've recorded a VLOG for this. I'll probably upload it in the future. Kit aside, just an absolute beast.
Size comparison. Remember, Sandrock and Sazabi = Same scale. 1/100.
01-10-2016:
Sexy back Gundam. lol.
What have I been doing lately:
I'm currently on a Gunpla building hiatus and is now playing JRPGS. I just recently finished Eternal Sonata (I think I know where Sword Art Online got an idea) and is currently playing Demon's Souls, Tales of Symphonia(+Dawn of The New World because of the PS3 Remaster) and Tales of Xillia. Well, there you go. That's the reason as to why updates don't happen regularly. I'm just burnt out of anime for now. Let me play in peace, please?
No, I don't built Gunpla. I only watch the shows, lol. Build Fighters had nice animation, but besides that...it was a pointless.
I'm not much into memorabilia. Heck, I only have a few anime books (literal books), blue rays, and DVDs. Aside from that I have nothing else. No posters, no figures, no manga, no light novels, no toys, no clothing etc...
that psychological feeling is what you get in that type of horror.
horror comprises of tools in which helps the mystery/story to develop. one of these tools is death (by any characters, whether developed or underdeveloped).
the umbrella girl's death is used as a tool to raise the flag "You've been warned" thing.
this show is plot-driven rather than everyone being known by the viewers (which is character-driven), since it's only 1-cour.
so i guess you like anime with developed characters. well shiki is right.
do you understand how the "curse" works? because if not, you won't figure out the reason around these deaths. the show's main genre is mystery, you know. basically, you need to think until you find out. (not EVA)
actually, what i look forward is on how you give me an answer instead of the accurate answer itself.
well this is for me. horror is a genre that induces fear to the viewers. basically it's something to be scared of (if you have that emotion). there are also types of horror. horror with supernatural entities, horror with ghosts (and its stories), and unfortunately body horror (which categorize gore and violence). body horror is still horror. idk about the other types if there were more.
so after reading your review about Another, I'm became curious. This question is for you. How do you define horror (genre)?
and one more thing, since this show is horror, do you want every single character to live and become happy ever after? that doesn't sound horror.
in this particular genre, at least one or more (or everyone) is expected to die. if not, then maybe physically or mentally damaged. even popular horror movies in cinemas are like that.
so yeah. i would like to hear something from you. i hope you reply.
oh and btw, look at this list and find horror. this is how MAL defined it. here
Hey, just wanted to drop by and say that your Romeo&Juliet review was nice. I have a feeling I'll like this anime. I'm interested to see what you'd think of Rose of Versailles though.
Hey there . Really awesome review for RomeoxJuliet . I laughed to much when you said heels are meant to be hate (cuz you put Jericho xD) and face are meant to be cheered (also cuz you put John Cena xD)
Anyway , hope your other review are as awesome as this one :D
