my first anime's were Akira & ghost in the shell ( I loved it when encore action channel showed anime) then I saw Blue seed got totally hooked.

I work as a chef, and have gone to culinary school as well as working under a Master Chef in Texas. I love to cook Asian food ( not inspired by anime ) I have always loved the Asian culture, but the food is really inspiring, its really shocking how much you can do with some of the simple things they use.
