✰ How I Got into Anime ✰
I only started watching anime about 3 years ago, so I'm still new into this compared to many people. My first series was Naruto (lol) and it was on one particular boring day that I decided to watch an anime show, so typically I chose the one that was popular and main-stream. In the end, I binged the entire series of Naruto in just 2 weeks, and that was the start of it all (lol). Thanks to Naruto, I got into anime. My parents and friends have no knowledge of anime, neither they liked it too. I just watch anime solely for myself.


✰ Types of Anime I Enjoy ✰
The genre I watch are usually varied, as long as the plot is substantial or my overall experience of the series is enjoyable, I would certainly like the series. I'm not very particular into the art and animation, I would not judge a certain series based on whether I liked the art or not. Instead, I'm much more driven by the story. No matter how great the animation is, if the story has plenty of plot-holes or the characters seem one-dimensional, I would not hesitate to drop the show.

Also, I do not particularly like unnecessary fan-service, ecchi or harem kind of shows, this is just my preference. I tend to lean on psychological thriller, slice of life, josei and a little bit of supernatural/fantasy. I love watching anime movies too and I'm much a fan of Satoshi Kon (R.I.P.)


✰ Cosplay, Convention and Other Stuff ✰
Despite anime is one of my strong interests, I have never cosplayed nor have I been to a convention before because I am constantly busy due to uni and I have major exams 3 times a year with many tests and reports to do in-between. Currently, I am preparing for my thesis so it's impossible for me to go out to a convention at this moment in time, hopefully, in the far far future, I'm able to :( Other than that, I just come up with a fanfic story based on the "Natsume Yuujinchou" series that I'm currently working on.


✰ OSTs and Favorite Bands/Artistes ✰
I appreciate soundtracks from my favorite anime series that I have them all downloaded to my phone, some of them which are Psycho-Pass, Natsume Yuujinchou, Attack on Titan and Zankyou no Terror. Also, I'm a big fan of Galileo Galilei (band) and Aimer, if you're also a fan of these people, let's be friends (lol).


✰ Style of Reviewing ✰
Firstly, I have not written a detailed review in my entire life as I'm quite terrible at explaining to people (that's what my mum usually says to me). I based my reviews on my overall experience of the show and there's always something to critique about. I won't get too detailed with the storyline, not to reveal spoilers in there, although it can be difficult to explain certain scenes without spoiling anyone, however, I will try my best not to. I'd like to review more on what I have learned from watching the show or what has the show brought to my perspective and insights, rather than the art and animation. Moreover, I won't use such flowery language to explain, mainly because I'm a straight-forward person (lol) and I can't come up with that kind of language in a deliberate and spontaneous way. My reviews shall be decently short and simple to understand.
