Thank you a lot for writing the review and putting so much attention and care into it! I'm glad you liked the show, it's one of my favourites and i have this weird feeling as if i was related to the characters in some way, so sharing it and getting a positive response always makes me happy! The second series is a bit different and I feel a bit less attached to it but it's still great too so when you'll finish it I'll be thankful if you'll share your opinion with me!

Am I though? Because in case the Fate/Extra universe is new to you, the "Kirei" in this show will likely be a worthless NPC whose major function is to shuffle the cattle into the slaughter chamber.

The after credits scene with me in this episode was the only part that gave me hope - mostly because Shaft has needlessly changed so much about F/E already that I might actually be given something to do.

Wholeheartedly agree. That was very memorable, and especially during moments like this one the realistic animation works wonders.

Hey! I'm very glad you enjoyed it. To be frank, the idea to recommend it to you arose when I was listening to the OST of Jin-Roh.
Yeah, the characters aren't the most likable but on the other hand it may be thought to be a reflection of the unhealthy society portrayed. It may not be a film to rewatch constantly, but as an experience it should count as something.
