I haven't checked the spin off games like investigations or the other one with professor layton, but as for the main story line, I like the trilogy, apollo justice, dual destinies and spirit of justice. The only thing I hate is in Spirit of justice there's a part where you need to connect the sentence with one of the senses and it can be annoying since you know what's wrong but it's not the correct timing and you need to choose something before that so that the next clue is that, but similar thing happened in Apollo Justice.

Overall, I just hope that Apollo justice and other 2 games get animated because I genuinely want to see how they would animate the scenery and environment from few of the cases and there would also be a lot of memes because of the dual destinies and spirit of justice.

Hey, it's been a while. Sorry for the late reply, I wasn't on MAL in over 5 months.

The streamer only played the original Trilogy, so I stopped after he finished, but I checked out Apollo Justice, Duel Destinies and Spirit of Justice. I think my favorite case has to be the 3rd case in Apollo Justice with the concert even if everyone dislikes it. I liked the mechanics in it and the mystery was really nice. Apollo Justice does play a bit differently compared to the Trilogy since it was directed by another person, so there are new characters and so on, but I liked it. Have you played any other games after the Trilogy?

Yahallo! I read your profile and saw that you mentioned that if someone wants to add you they need to comment first. I'm curious about your opinion of Hyouka because it's also one of my favorite anime so we could chat about it. I personally like it because of the details and how much the animators put effort into it. Besides that, I can also relate to Houtarou in a way and whenever I think of few scenes from it, I get nostalgic feeling. At first the anime was kind of boring and slow but later on I started appreciating it and the effort in it. I also liked few mysteries in it like that Festival arc or the movie arc. What about you?

Oh and Miles is your favorite character from Ace attorney? I'm currently watching it with a friend and I like him as well, but I'm waiting for other characters to show up as well because I'm curious if I'll have new favorite then. I also like Phoenix Wright because he has some funny moments. After seeing a streamer play the game, I decided to see if there was an anime about it and I saw that it existed so that's how I started watching it ^^.

The psychological aspect is definitely such a crucial and thorough aspect of the show, it's so beautifully well done, and right!? So many shows don't get you invested into the characters themselves even the main character, but Beastars just did that flawlessly while making it feel even more real than "human" shows. As for me, I just loved the themes within it, I thought they were tackled brilliantly like for example Legoshi's battle with love and lust, it perfectly reflects our human nature... Social Diversity too, its so well done! :D

Well, I had a lot of free time this year because of the pandemic, so I was able to watch a lot of shows. The next year is going to be really busy for me, though, as I have a lot of exams coming up.
