I usually don't give shows anything below 6, unless it's really, really bad.

5 or lower: Pretty bad
6: Meh, there're probably better show, tend to give this to dropped ones, maybe if you like the genre?
7: It's okay, nothing really special, not bad either, give it a try if you don't hate the genre.
8: Comedy shows tend to be here because I like comedies, can consider them 7. Otherwise great, would recommend.
9: Must watch, might passable as 10.
10: Usually given to favorites, even though it's mediocre.

Score is highly subjective, so there will be bias
As long as you enjoy something, other people's opinion literally doesn't matter, still doesn't stop me from saying other people tastes are shit though.
